MY EXCLUSIVE EXPERTISE IN EARLY INTERVENTION IN PSYCHIATRY! Leading towards My Expertise in Personalized & Precision Psychiatry

My interest in Early Intervention in Psychiatry started developing right from the first year of my training when my thesis started on First-Episode Psychosis. Due to my unbounded interest in Research, I could not resist the lure of entering the exciting world of EARLY INTERVENTION. That expanded my vision to the entire spectrum of psychiatric and neurological manifestations, that could be picked up early on to reach the accurate diagnosis and subsequently earliest intervention which is the optimum way to improve the prognosis of any mental health condition.

Picking up CASES at the earliest has remained my only focus during my entire journey in my career that ranges experience from being in a government set up, government medical colleges

to exclusive private sector, private medical college, autonomous neuropsychiatry institute in the country developed by the government to the psychiatric teaching institute developed in a private sector, Online Telepsychiatry Consultations on an Artificial Intelligence Platform, International exposure in various teaching and non-teaching NHS trust in London, getting into Advanced Training in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry in the world renowned training program in Psychiatry – “Maudsley Training Program”. My association with the Artificial Intelligence in Mental Health Lab at the (IoPPN) Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience in King’s College London. To gain the depth in early intervention as early on many a times the boundary is blur between psychiatry & neurology, I further sharpened my skills in Neurology through a Certificate Course at Harvard Medical School!

My passion to reach out to help patients compelled me to complete Public Mental Health Certification Course at The Royal College of Psychiatrists

I was privileged to be popular with the youngsters wherever I chose to work, and people would flock to seek advice, this helped me towards practical application of MY and

maintaining my focus on picking up cases at the earliest => EARLY INTERVENTION IN PSYCHIATRY!
